The Boone County PVA Office will be inspecting properties in the following areas the week of November 11:
Burlington Pike
Vice Ln & Surrounding Areas
Hickory Glen
Deer Creek
Petersburg Rd
Coral Dr. & surrounding areas
Please do not be alarmed if you see staff members in these areas. They will be in a marked vehicle and have identification available upon request.

The Boone County PVA is constantly striving to improve and serve your needs more efficiently and conveniently to better serve you. Our website now includes a new feature for subscribers that allows you to see the properties that have recently sold around you without even doing a search. Simply click the blue button that reads “Sales Near Me”. This will do a search by geolocation to allow you to view a list of properties within a certain radius of you that have sold recently. You will then be able to select which property you would like to view more details of.
