Now offering Electronic Forms

Our website now offers electronic forms!

For your convenience you can now choose from a variety of forms to complete at your leisure in the comfort of your own home or office, eliminating the need for a separate trip to our office.

Electronic forms that are now currently available are:

  • Change of Address

  • Application for Homestead Exemption

  • Affidavit to remove a vehicle from your tax roll

  • Application for Agricultural or Horticultural Exemption

  • Questionnaire to begin the process of appealing your properties value

For forms that require documentation you can either scan it, or even easier – you could take a picture of it with your smartphone and upload it right from your phone.

You will receive an e-mail back from us confirming we have received your form and will ask you to sign it electronically – which is as easy as checking a box and can be completed from any electronic device.
