Gathering of Information

PVA collects information from users at several different points on the website.

Registration

In order to use this website, the user must first complete the registration form. During registration, the user is required to give contact information (such as their name and e-mail address). This information is used to contact the user about services on the website for which they have expressed interest.

Order

The PVA requests information from the user on our subscription form. The user must provide contact information (such as their name and billing address) and financial information (such as their credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer orders. If the PVA has trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Log Files

The PVA uses IP (Internet Protocol) addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
