Areas of Inspection for the Week of January 3

The Boone County PVA Office will be inspecting properties in the following areas the week of January 7:
Hempsteade
Cedarwood Village
Antebellum at Plantation Pointe
Please do not be alarmed if you see staff members in these areas. They will be in a marked vehicle and have identification available upon request.
The Boone County PVA is constantly striving to improve and serve your needs more efficiently and conveniently to better serve you. Our website now includes a new feature that allows you to see the properties around you without even doing a search. Simply click the blue button that reads “Near Me”. This will do a search by geolocation to allow you to view a list of properties within a certain radius of you. You will then be able to select which property you would like to view more details of. We find this to be especially helpful in rural areas and near land that may not even have a mailing address.
