This form has been provided to assist property owners with the appeal of their assessed value based on comparable sales. If your appeal is not based on comparable sales, this form is not necessary. If your appeal is based on condition or incorrect features, please provide photos or other evidence to support your position.

Where to find comparable sales data

Online access to sales data is available in the PVA office for research or other informational purposes.

The PVA’s research tools are also available online, at no cost, at Boone County Free Public Library branches. Additional sources of sales data include local real estate agents, real estate appraisers, mortgage brokers and newspapers.

This form has been provided as a service of the Office of the Boone County Property Valuation Administrator.
