This application is to be used by institutions of religion seeking a property tax exemption for real property pursuant to Section 170 of the Kentucky Constitution. Since the Constitution specifically exempts all tangible and intangible personal property there is no need to use this application for these types of property.
If you have already qualified for an Exemption for your Religious Organization and would like to seek exemptions for additional property, please download, complete and submit the Addendum Application.
