This application is to be used by organizations, other than institutions of religion seeking a property tax exemption pursuant to Section 170 of the Kentucky Constitution.

Organizations seeking an exemption based on their religious activities must use the Application for Exemption from Property Taxation for Religious Organizations. Please see the Religious Organizations page for further explanation if this is the type of form you are looking for.
