The Boone County PVA will be open but lightly staffed on Friday, December 30th. Our office will be closed on Monday, January 2nd for the Holiday. We will reopen on Tuesday, January 3rd at 8:30am.
The Boone County PVA Office will be inspecting properties in the following areas the week of January 2, 2012:
- New construction throughout Boone County
Please do not be alarmed if you see staff members in these areas. They will be in a marked vehicle and have identification available upon request.

Every year, present and past staff of the Boone County PVA Office collects money to purchase necessities and gifts for less fortunate children, rather than gifts for each other. This year, thanks to the staff’s outstanding generosity, the office was able to collect enough money to support six children in three different families, giving them everything they “needed” and “wanted” on their lists. Some of the PVA’s little elves braved the Black Friday crowds and scoured the sales ads to ensure they got the most out of the donated money. The Boone County PVA is very proud of its generous employees and wishes each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas!!
