Due to a mandate signed by Governor Steve Beshear, the Boone County PVA employees will be furloughed Friday, September 3rd. The office will remain open, but you may encounter delays as PVA Cindy Arlinghaus will be the only one working. Please be patient as we give you the best service we can with our limitations.
As we are continually improving our site and increasing the information available to our subscribers, we have just made a recent update that we think you will find useful. Prior to these updates you were only able to see the front photo of each property, now you will find that some properties will have additional photos for your review.

The PVA is dedicated to bringing you a continually improving website and subscription service. We have recently implemented some changes to the Subscription Search service that we think you’ll find to be most helpful.
The “My Account” panel, found at the top right of the page once a user is logged into their account is now the “Account Center” panel. This new section includes a new two columns layout of links to different Account Administration features like ‘Invoices’ and ‘Upgrade’ or ‘Cancel’ account access.
These changes were influenced heavily by user feedback and we greatly appreciate the input. All your communications are taken under advisement.
In addition, for multi-user accounts, we now store the security answer once a user has established themselves as the account administrator. This way users can move freely between these sections without have to re-enter their answer.
Secondly, the logic for determining Past Due accounts has become stricter. The billing system now checks for any invoices that are unpaid and more than 30 days old. Previously, the system was only capable of checking that a subscriber’s most recent invoice was paid.
Hopefully this update will assist users with keeping their accounts in good standing. We have also updated the error messaging and payment status labels to decrease payment status ambiguity.

Since launching our new website in April of this year we are continually striving to improve our site and offer the best accessibility to our users. After listening to your wants and needs for the use of our site, we realize that there needs to be more options than just a monthly subscription. In an effort to extend our advanced search to more users and provide more options on our website we will now be offering a daily subscription.
The daily subscription will allow you to have access for 24 hours from the time you subscribe for that day and that day only. This will allow you access to our advanced search which includes all of the basic search information along with building characteristics, sketches, and photos. The daily subscription will be live mid-September and will be $10 per day.
